CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Besides academics, Students are encouraged to take active part in extra
curricular avtivities viz. Debate, Dramatic, Literary, Fine arts, photography
club, Singing, International women’s day celebration, GK quiz, Republic Day
celebration, Environment day, Management Fest. etc.
Umang 2010 was organized in March 2010
NCC
In order to inculcate a sense of discipline, zeal for adventure and national
pride amongst the students, 3 Pb(I)Coy of NCC Roopnagar has been established in
this institute. The institute is the first self financed private professional
Institute in the region to introduce NCC.
NSS
The objective of the NSS is Development of Personality through
community service. Every year blood donation camps are held with this view, in
which students and faculty members participate with enthusiasm. Students also go
to nearby villages to work along with the residents to ensure cleanliness or to
plant trees in schools etc. Among their social activities is to create awareness
against the menace of drug addiction in the villages.
Senior Citizens day
Senior citizens day was celebrated on 14th October 2009 in which a cultural program was presented by students of IMS as well as senior citizens.

Techno Hunt
Talent hunt Program held in IMS for MCA, BCA student.

Teacher’s Day
Teacher’s Day was celeberated on 5th September 2009 jointly by IMS, IET and COA at Bhaddal Campus. Speaking on the occasion Dr.G.S. Chahal , Chairman KFET stressed on the role of teacher in overall development of the students. Dr.V.P. Nagpal asked the teachers to retrospect as the role of teacher has changed in modern times

Fresher’s Party MBA, BBA

MBA 3rd Semester welcomed MBA 1st and BBA 1st semester students by organizing Fresher’s Party at GK International , Sector 35 on 19th September 2009. Rupinder was declared Miss. Fresher and Saurabh -Mr. Fresher. Best dressed were Neha Thakur and Harpreet Singh. Neha Anand was Miss. Beautiful Smile and Balraj was Mr. Cool Dude.
