Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2010.

Freshers party was held in the campus on 14th August 2010 for MBA, BBA, and BCA classes

Teej was celebrated on 14th August 2010.

11th Annual Athletic meet was conducted on 26-27 feb, 2010.

Annual Cultural function was organized on 13th March, 2010.

Annual Convocation

The Institute holds the annual convocation along with the prize distribution function this year. 1st Convocation of IMS Bhaddal was held on 20th March 2010. His Excellency Dr. Iqbal Singh, Lt. Governor of Pondicherry  and Dr. Pawan Kapur, Director CSIO Chandigarh graced the occasion  as Chief Guest & Guest of honour respectively.

International Women's Day

Bhaddal Institutes, Ropar celebrate International Women's Day every year. This year on 8th March, Mrs Harinder Kaur Brar, Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioner graced the occasion as Guest of the Day. Students participated in the Paper Reading, Debate, Rangoli and Mehndi to solemnize the occasion. An exhibition of work done by girls’ of stitching and embroidery centre of Rural Development Programme was organized.

Blood Donation Camp

13th Blood Donation Camp was organized on the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8th March, 2010. A total of 290 units were donated by the students and staff. The camp was conducted by three mobile teams namely Rotary Blood Bank, Chandigarh, Blood Bank Civil Hospital, Ropar and Blood Donors’ council Nawanshahar

         Lecture on strss Management by Colonel Guru

                A Lecture on Stress Management was conducted by Colonel Gurusewak Singh on 30th September 2009 in which he taught ways to overcome stress in day to day life.

         Seminar on Total Quality Management

                   Mr.Ravinder Singh CEO, KFET delivered a lecture on Total Quality Managemnt on 23rd October 2009.

           National Conference

          1.      21 Topics for the national conference were thoroughly revised with the consultation of Director- Principal.

          2.      V.I.Ps who attended the Conference were:-

         3.      Total 23 delegates from different institutes participated in the conference including one speaker from Scotland Bank, Bombay

         4.      The conference had all the blessings of Mgt. The governing body of which also graced the occasion. Worthy C.E.O also presented the paper.

          Industrial visits

               1.    Batch 2008 and 2009 students visited National Fertilizer Factory, Naya Nangal followed by a spititual visit to Anandpur Sahib
